I have a contract-dispute case headed to small claims court in Florida and I want to walk in fully prepared. What I need is targeted coaching—not representation—so I can confidently present my own case at trial. Here’s the scope: • Help me build a logical, court-ready evidence packet, ensuring each exhibit is labeled, sequenced, and tied to the relevant statute or rule. • Walk me through Florida small-claims procedures and timelines so I understand what the judge expects at every stage. • Rehearse my opening statement and any key narrative points until they are clear, concise, and persuasive. • Anticipate common questions or objections and practice my responses, refining them for clarity and brevity. We can meet virtually (Zoom, Google Meet, or similar). I’m looking for two or three focused sessions plus follow-up email summaries and a checklist I can bring to court. I’ll consider the job complete when I have: 1. A well-organized evidence binder (physical or digital) 2. A polished, time-controlled statement outline 3. A one-page quick-reference sheet covering procedural steps on the day of trial If you have recent Florida small-claims experience—especially with contract matters—I’m Interested in starting to prepare by the end of next month. My trial is at the begining of Oct.
