I have a production-level Flutter application that runs on Android, iOS and the Web and talks to a Laravel/PHP backend (with its own admin panel) through a set of REST APIs. It also relies on Firebase for authentication and a few other services. At the moment Android is the critical pain point. On that platform the splash screen freezes on app start, preventing users from getting any further. Once this is under control I’d like you to sweep through the remaining codebase, tackle any lingering API or Firebase glitches, stabilise the iOS build, and confirm that the Web deployment still works as expected. Your mission is to: • diagnose and eliminate the splash-screen / loading lock-up on Android • verify that the fix holds across real devices and Play Store builds • audit the project for related startup-time regressions, tightening up API calls and Firebase auth where necessary • ensure the iOS build archives cleanly in Xcode and passes App Store validation • check the Web target for any edge-case build or runtime errors • coordinate with the existing Laravel admin panel so data flows stay intact • prepare and publish the updated binaries to both Google Play and the Apple App Store once everything is green-lit I will supply complete source access—Flutter front-end, Laravel backend, Firebase console—along with current store credentials. Success is measured by clean store releases and a smooth, delay-free launch experience for end-users on every platform.
