I’m looking for a Flutter developer who can deliver a polished employee-management app that runs smoothly on both iOS and Android. The core build must include: • Attendance tracking – employees clock in and out from their phones, with time stamps saved in the database • Leave management – staff request time off, managers approve or reject, balances update automatically • Task assignment – managers create tasks, assign them, and monitor completion status • Salary management – Salary details, advance paid, pending amount dashboard display Authentication is mandatory and should rely on a straightforward email-and-password flow. Once inside, users see features appropriate to their role. There are three distinct roles—Admin, Manager, and Employee—each needing its own dashboard and permission set. Please structure the code cleanly, follow Flutter best practices for state management, and keep the UI consistent across devices. On hand-off I expect the complete Flutter project, clearly commented source code, and a brief guide on how to build and deploy the app to both stores. Note : Backend APIs are ready and existing team developed the same. You should coordinate with existing team.
