I am ready to move Flynton from functional prototype to a polished, production-ready experience and need a UI/UX specialist who can own the process end-to-end inside Figma. Scope of work Flynton has two distinct web interfaces that must feel like one cohesive product: 1. User Portal – used daily by VP Sales, founders and SDR teams to upload CSV lead lists, watch our AI craft multi-channel outreach (Email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Calls) and track performance. 2. Admin Portal – an internal dashboard where our team monitors customer accounts, billing, usage limits and system health. Both portals need the same design attention first, so you’ll be working on them in parallel, sharing a unified component library and design system. What I’m looking for • Deep, pragmatic UX thinking that maps every primary flow (onboarding, CSV upload, strategy review, campaign analytics, admin troubleshooting, etc.) into clear wireframes. • High-fidelity UI screens in Figma that balance enterprise credibility with a fresh AI-driven feel. • A scalable design system: typography, colour, spacing, states, icons, and responsive behaviours. • Interactive prototypes that my engineering team can inspect, comment on and translate straight into code. Deliverables • Flow diagrams & low-fi wireframes for both portals • Full Figma file with high-fi screens and reusable components • Clickable prototype covering all critical journeys • Style guide / tokens ready for hand-off Acceptance criteria The design will be considered complete once: – All agreed user stories are accounted for in prototype flows; – Components are symbolised, documented and responsive; – Developers can copy CSS/variables directly from Figma without manual tweaks; – Brand consistency is maintained across both portals.
