I’m ready to move my artwork onto a folding carton but still need a production-ready dieline that any print house can use without tweaks. The graphic design is finished; what’s missing is the exact layout with cut, crease and glue lines, proper bleeds, registration marks and a clear separation of layers for CMYK printing. Because I have not locked the final dimensions yet, I’ll look to you for guidance on the most practical size and board stock before you build the file. Once those points are set, I’ll supply the packaged artwork files so you can place them accurately on the dieline. Please deliver: • An editable dieline in Adobe Illustrator (layered AI) and press-ready PDF • A short spec sheet noting finished box size, panel widths, gluing flap, bleed and safety margins • Any recommendations that could streamline print production or reduce waste Experience with folding carton engineering and familiarity with common print-house standards are important, as I want to hand this file straight to the printer and move directly into production.
