I need stamped construction drawings that satisfy all City of Fontana, California ADU requirements and sail through plan check. Within the existing footprint I must fit: • two bedrooms • a code-compliant bath • compact laundry area • functional kitchen • comfortable living space I am not looking for décor concepts—I simply need an efficient layout and a complete, build-ready plan set covering architectural, structural, MEP, Title 24 energy, and any details the city will expect. Experience navigating Fontana’s permitting process is critical; I’d like you to handle any plan-checker revisions until we receive approval.
