Overview We are looking for a talented and creative video editor to work with our luxury events catering brand on an initial project of 4–5 Instagram Reels. Our brand is premium, modern and detail-driven. We are looking for someone who understands hospitality, storytelling and social media trends, rather than simply putting clips together. This project will be used to evaluate editors for a potential long-term partnership. About Our Brand We specialise in luxury catering for: * Weddings * Corporate events * Luxury private events * High-end hospitality Our content should feel: * Premium * Editorial * Cinematic * Clean * Modern * Fast-paced where appropriate * Emotionally engaging Think luxury brands rather than generic catering companies. ⸻ Project Scope Edit 4–5 Instagram Reels from footage provided. Each reel should be professionally edited for Instagram and designed to maximise engagement while maintaining a premium aesthetic. Typical footage includes: * Food preparation * Chef action shots * Canapés * Plating * Staff interactions * Guests enjoying food * Venue details * Event setup * Behind the scenes * Service * Final dishes ⸻ Editing Style We’re looking for someone who can create reels that include: * Strong storytelling * Cinematic pacing * Creative transitions * Speed ramps where appropriate * Smooth motion * Professional colour grading * Sound design * Music selection that matches the mood * High-end typography where required * Dynamic cuts that keep attention We value quality over unnecessary effects. ⸻ Deliverables For each reel: * 1080 × 1920 (9:16) * Optimised for Instagram Reels * Export in high quality * Royalty-free music only (sound can be provided) * Captions where appropriate * Clean audio balancing * Colour graded consistently ⸻ Creative Freedom We want someone who can bring ideas to the table.
