I need a clean, easy-to-use Excel workbook that lets our pantry volunteers log each client’s visit and, at a glance, see how often people are coming, which ZIP or area codes we are serving most, and a running count of the demographics we report to our partners. Core data to capture • Client name or household ID • Area/ZIP code • Visit date (each time they come) – the sheet should automatically tally total visits per client • Demographic check-boxes: Adults, Children, Seniors, Veterans, Disabled What will make the file helpful 1. A front-end “Visits” sheet where staff enter one row per visit. 2. A hidden or protected look-up table that turns those rows into a summarized “Dashboard” showing: – Total households served – Total individual visits in any date range (simple slicer or filter is fine) – Counts by area code – Counts for each demographic category above 3. No macros are required; standard Excel formulas (COUNTIFS, SUMIFS, PivotTable, etc.) will keep it lightweight and future-proof. Please lay it out so a volunteer with basic spreadsheet skills can add rows without breaking formulas, and name ranges clearly so we can expand the list later. A short set of “how to use” notes inside the file will finish the job.
