I need a developer to extend my current WordPress + WooCommerce setup that runs on the FoodBook plugin. Right now customers can only tick required extras or options, but they cannot adjust quantities for those selections. Please add a clean, user-friendly plus/minus button quantity selector that appears directly on the product page, beside each mandatory extra or option. The selector must increase or decrease the number of units without refreshing the page and should instantly update the item price via Ajax the way FoodBook already handles base product quantities. Key points you’ll handle: • Hook into FoodBook’s existing extra/option meta so the new quantity values are stored correctly in the cart, order review, emails and admin order details. • Keep the styling in line with my theme and FoodBook UI, reusing WooCommerce and Bootstrap classes where possible. • Make sure the feature works with variable products, simple products and any discounts or coupons active. • Provide the modified PHP, JavaScript (jQuery), and CSS in a child theme or standalone plugin so updates do not overwrite the change. • Test on desktop and mobile to confirm touch-friendly plus/minus buttons.
