I have a set of security-camera recordings where low-level, whispered speech is buried beneath steady indoor ambience. I need those voices pulled forward so they can stand in court, so the overriding objective is to clarify speech for legal evidence – not simply improve overall fidelity. Here is how I would like us to work together: • Pilot pass: start with one representative file. Either return a short enhanced excerpt or give me an honest technical feasibility note so we know how much intelligibility can realistically be recovered before I commit the full batch. • Full restoration: on approval, process every minute of each recording (the entire timeline matters, not just a clip). Apply careful noise reduction, spectral editing, and targeted amplification that reveals distant or whispered conversations without inventing syllables. Please work nondestructively and preserve the untouched originals. • Deliverables: 24-bit WAVs for every enhanced file, plus a timestamped transcript. Wherever a word is uncertain, bracket it with “(inaudible)” or a “(?)” so the doubt is explicit. Experience with surveillance audio, chain-of-custody protocols, and tools such as iZotope RX, Cedar, or similar advanced forensic suites will be critical.
