he position of Business Development & Forex IB Manager with IB Master Company (FZCO) under an Independent Contractor framework. We are excited about the prospect of partnering with you to expand our market share in the MENA region. Please find the detailed terms and conditions of this commission-based contract below: 1. Scope of Work & Responsibilities Identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new Introducing Brokers (IBs), Sub-IBs, and high-net-worth traders to the designated Main Broker. Managing and expanding the network to maximize trading volumes and net deposits. Acting as the primary point of contact for your referred network and ensuring client retention. [1] 2. Compensation & Payout Structure (Pure Commission) Base Salary: This is a 100% performance-based, commission-only contract. There is no fixed monthly base salary. Commission Share: The Contractor will receive 70% (Seventy Percent) of the total net commissions/rebates generated by their referred network and paid directly to the Company by the Main Broker. Payout Terms: Commissions will be calculated and transferred to the Contractor on a monthly basis, within [e.g., 5 business days] after the Company receives the official payout clearance from the Main Broker. [1] 3. Nature of Relationship The Contractor operates as an independent service provider. This agreement does not create an employer-employee relationship, and the Contractor is responsible for their own local taxes, medical insurance, and operational expenses. Since this is a remote, contract-based role, the Company will not provide a UAE employment visa or fixed corporate benefits. 4. Confidentiality & Non-Circumvention The Contractor agrees to keep all corporate data, broker agreements, and client lists strictly confidential. The Contractor agrees not to bypass or circumvent the Company to establish direct independent agreements with the Main Broker during the term of this contract. [1] 5.
