Format Hardback Cover

I already have a partially finished minimalistic cover design for my 6" × 9" non-fiction book (total of 64 pages in length). What I need now is someone who can take that artwork and lay it out correctly for a hardback cover (case binding with no dust cover)—front, spine, and back—complete with proper bleed, trim, and spine text alignment. Note: There is only art on the front of the cover. The back will be blank. Please return a print-ready PDF that meets IngramSpark/KDP hardback requirements, along with the working file (Adobe InDesign or Affinity Publisher preferred) so I can tweak it later if needed. Accuracy on dimensions is critical; apart from that, nothing about the original artwork should change unless it doesn't meet fidelity/resolution standards. Lastly, I will be using OnPress to print the book, so I can provide a template for the cover art to make things easy. Let me know your turnaround time and any questions you have.
