The structural details and drawings will be supplied after we sign an NDA, but I would like you to begin by outlining every material, labor, equipment, and miscellaneous allowance that typically factors into slab-on-grade, crawl-space, and basement systems so I can compare scenarios before locking in a final design. Your estimate should cover: concrete volumes, formwork, reinforcement, excavation, backfill, damp-proofing, drainage, and any specialty items such as helical piers or insulating formwork. Please use current regional pricing pulled from RSMeans, Buildertrend, or a similar cost database and show your calculation sheets in Excel. Where a range is unavoidable, state your assumptions and cite the data source. Deliverables (attach each as a separate PDF and the original spreadsheet): • A concise scope narrative describing inclusions, exclusions, and clarifications • A detailed take-off with quantity worksheets and unit rates traceable to your source tables • A summarized cost schedule broken into labor, materials, equipment, overhead, and contingency • Notes on value-engineering opportunities that could reduce spend without affecting code compliance I will review for completeness, transparent methodology, and logical pricing.
