As our Chief of Staff / Founder's Associate, you'll work directly with the founders on the company's most important strategic and operational initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to every aspect of building and scaling a modern consumer business-from strategy and finance to product development, operations and marketing. Aufgaben Every week is different. **One day you might optimize warehouse operations, the next you'll coordinate a product launch, improve our customer experience, implement Al tools or work with suppliers to solve production challenges. ** You'll become an extension of the founders and help move the business forward wherever it's needed most. * Work directly with the founders on day-to-day business challenges. * Be the key link between the founders and the wider team. * Take ownership of operational projects from idea to execution. * Improve processes across operations, logistics, customer experience and product. * Coordinate product launches and cross-functional initiatives. * Work with suppliers, manufacturers and external partners. * Build dashboards and analyze business performance to support decision-making. * Implement Al tools and automation across the organization. * Identify bottlenecks and solve them proactively. * Support hiring, onboarding and internal projects as the company grows. *** Jump into whatever is most important that week. ** Qualifikation * Bachelor's or Master's degree * Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. * Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias toward execution. * You enjoy figuring things out instead of waiting for instructions. * Comfortable taking ownership in a fast-moving environment. * Excellent communication skills in German and English. * Experience with Excel, Notion and Al tools such as Claude is a plus. * Previous experience in startups, consulting, operations or consumer brands is a plus-but attitude matters more than your CV.
