Please start your application by answering this simple question: What is twelve minus four? Write only the number as a digit (e.g. "5") as the very first character of your proposal. Applications without the correct number at the very beginning will be automatically ignored and declined to filter out automated bot proposals. We are looking for a highly skilled WordPress developer with deep experience in the FOXIZ theme to build a premium, dynamic "Exposé / Property Listing" template. Please note that we do not use Elementor Pro and do not want to purchase it, meaning we want to build this entirely using the built-in Foxiz Template Builder, which works seamlessly with the free version of Elementor and Foxiz custom blocks, combined with ACF (Advanced Custom Fields) to keep the site fast and lightweight. We already have a finished high-end design mockup, which is attached to this post (our "Ocean Bay Residences" example), and we need you to turn this static design into a fully dynamic system where we can easily spin up new property pages in under five minutes. To achieve this, you will need to create a Custom Post Type (CPT) called "Exposés" using ACF or CPT UI and set up dynamic fields for all the property data shown in our mockup. This includes the header section with the title, subtitle, location text, price text, completion date text, and a dedicated ACF field for the large header image (so we can manually upload it separately from the standard WordPress Featured Image). You will also need to configure the "Project Snapshot" sidebar with dynamic fields for Developer, Property Type, Total Units, Starting Price, Completion Date, Ownership Structure, and Rental Program. Additionally, we need a dynamic image gallery slider linked to an ACF gallery field, a flexible repeater field for the floor plans so we can easily add different options with an image, title, price, and sizes, and a dedicated field to link the property's PDF brochure. You will then build a beautiful, pixel-perfect, and fully responsive Single Post Template using the Foxiz Template Builder, ensuring all design elements dynamically pull their data from these custom fields. Finally, you will integrate and test the sidebar and footer forms to ensure they are fully functional. Our ultimate goal is a clean, manual backend: we want to go to our WordPress dashboard, click "Add New Exposé", manually fill out the simple text fields, upload our chosen images to the designated fields, click "Publish", and have Foxiz render the premium-designed page exactly as we structured it, without us having to touch any page builder. CRITICAL REQUIREMENT: Look at our attached "Ocean Bay Residences" mockup. In your proposal, you MUST include a direct link to a dynamic property listing, directory page, or custom portfolio template you have built in the past (using ACF or any other custom fields tool, preferably with Elementor or Foxiz). It must prove that you know how to map dynamic data to a custom layout. Please do not send a general agency portfolio link; we want to see a direct link to a dynamic template project you solved.
