I’m building a small-scale platform that lets players join paid Garena Free Fire tournaments directly from an Android app, pay their entry fees through UPI, and receive any winnings instantly. Player-side flow • Sign up via social media login, no email or OTP steps. • Browse Solo, Duo and Squad matches, see the entry fee, prize pool and start time. • Pay the fee inside the app with Paytm, GPay or PhonePe; once the transaction is confirmed the lobby reveals the room ID and password. • Prize money is credited automatically to an in-app wallet, with an instant UPI withdrawal option. • Push and in-app notifications announce new tournaments, room credentials, winner lists and payout confirmations. Admin essentials A lightweight web or mobile panel should let me: – Create or edit matches, set entry fees and prizes. – Paste or generate room IDs and passwords. – Trigger push notifications or schedule them. – Monitor every wallet ledger, approve or auto-process withdrawals, and hit the redeem-code API that pays out winners the moment results are posted. Deliverables 1. Android APK + full Kotlin/Java source code. 2. Admin panel source (React, Angular, Vue or similar) and backend APIs with clear documentation. 3. Deployment assistance (Firebase / AWS / your recommended stack). 4. Test build demonstrating: • Successful UPI payment flow with refund handling. • Wallet crediting and instant withdrawal within 10 seconds. • Push notification delivery to at least one physical device.
