Freelance Appointment Setter – Remote (Performance-Based) To ensure complete transparency, please review the full working model, payment structure, and important guidelines below before applying. 1. Nature of Work Your role will be to reach out to potential prospects (via calls) and schedule qualified appointments for our team. The main goal is to deliver appointments that are actually attended by the prospects. Key Guidelines (Strictly Followed): You will be provided with clear campaign ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles). You must manage all follow-ups until the appointment is realized. Prospects must strictly match the given ICP criteria (job title, industry, company size, revenue, etc.). Appointments are only valid if: The prospect attends the scheduled meeting. They match all qualification criteria. They show genuine interest during the call. The approved script is followed and all qualifying questions are answered properly. Invalid cases (no payment): Prospect does not attend. False/misleading information provided. DND request or complaint during the call. Company appears in suppression/exclusion/competitor lists. All calling activities must be done only through the dialer/platform provided by OutVying Media. You cannot work on the same campaign with any other company simultaneously. Different campaigns may have slightly different ICPs and processes — you must follow the specific guidelines for each. 2. Payment Structure Payment is strictly performance-based on Qualified Realised (Attended) Appointments only. INR 14,000 per realised appointment for the first 8 appointments. INR 16,000 per realised appointment from the 9th appointment onwards. No payment will be made for: Just qualified leads Booked appointments that are not attended Any appointment that fails the quality/attendance criteria 3. Payment Cycle Appointments realised 1st – 14th of the month → Paid on the 2nd of the following month. Appointments realised 15th – 30th/31st → Paid on the 17th of the following month. 4. Confidentiality & Data Protection All campaign information, client details, prospect data, and scripts are strictly confidential. Sharing any information with third parties without written approval will result in immediate termination and penalty (recoverable from the freelancer). 5. Important Notes This is a pure freelance / independent contractor role. No fixed salary, benefits, or employment relationship. You will be compensated only on successful realised appointments.
