# Freelance Talent Recruiter (Remote) ## About StrongBodyAI StrongBodyAI is an AI-powered global platform that helps healthcare and wellness professionals connect with international opportunities. We are currently growing our network in Turkey and are looking for Freelance Talent Recruiters to join our team. ## Key Responsibilities * Identify and engage healthcare and wellness professionals. * Source candidates through LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, job boards, and professional communities. * Present the StrongBodyAI platform and explain its key benefits. * Assist candidates with registration, profile creation, and onboarding. * Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective professionals. ## What We Offer * 100% remote work * Flexible working hours * Part-time or full-time opportunities * Training and onboarding support * Recruitment materials and communication resources * Ongoing support from the StrongBodyAI team ## Compensation * USD 40 for each professional who successfully completes registration and activates their account. ## Requirements * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to source and engage candidates independently * Experience in recruitment, HR, sales, or customer success is preferred * Healthcare or wellness industry knowledge is an advantage If you're looking for a flexible remote opportunity with an international technology company, we'd love to hear from you.
