We are looking for an experienced Freelance HR Recruiter to help us hire Business Development Executives for our influencer marketing agency. Your Responsibilities: Post job openings on relevant platforms. Source and shortlist suitable candidates. Conduct initial screening calls/interviews. Share only qualified candidates with our team. Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups. Role to Hire: Business Development Executive (Influencer Marketing) Responsibilities: Generate leads and acquire new brand clients. Pitch influencer marketing campaigns to brands. Build relationships with marketing managers and brand teams. Close deals and achieve monthly revenue targets. Maintain CRM and sales pipeline. Requirements: Experience in sales, business development, or influencer marketing. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
