I’m looking for an experienced freelance recruiter who can take full ownership of multiple hiring drives running simultaneously across India. The portfolio is a mix of technical and non-technical positions: everything from software engineers and system specialists to sales & marketing professionals for our non-tech teams. For each opening I will forward a detailed job brief and required skill matrix, but I’ll rely on you to translate that into an effective sourcing strategy, screen applicants, coordinate interviews with our internal panel, and help close offers swiftly. You are free to leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, niche job boards, or your own network—what matters is consistent delivery of well-matched, interview-ready candidates. Deliverables (per role) • A shortlist of 5-7 qualified profiles, complete with résumé, salary expectations, and notice period • Weekly progress update with pipeline stats and immediate red-flag issues • Interview coordination through to accepted offer, including basic reference check where feasible Turnaround is important to us, so please share how many roles you can realistically manage at once and your typical time-to-hire metrics. If you already specialise in sales & marketing talent or possess a strong IT network, highlight that edge in your proposal.
