# Freelance Partner Recruitment Specialist (Remote) ## About StrongBodyAI StrongBodyAI is an AI-powered Health & Wellness platform headquartered in Singapore, connecting healthcare professionals with clients and opportunities in over 170 countries. As our global network continues to grow, we are looking for Freelance Partner Recruitment Specialists to support our expansion in Turkey. ## Responsibilities * Identify and connect with qualified healthcare and wellness professionals. * Recruit doctors, therapists, nutritionists, fitness trainers, yoga instructors, skincare specialists, and other healthcare experts. * Source candidates through LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, job boards, professional associations, and personal networks. * Introduce the StrongBodyAI platform and explain its features and benefits. * Support candidates with account registration, Digital Profile setup, and membership activation. * Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the onboarding journey. ## What We Offer * Fully remote freelance position * Flexible working hours * Part-time or full-time opportunities * Recruitment training and onboarding guidance * Recruitment materials, FAQs, and communication templates * Continuous support from the StrongBodyAI team ## Compensation * Earn USD 40 for every healthcare professional who successfully registers and activates their membership on the platform. ## Preferred Qualifications * Experience in recruitment, HR, talent acquisition, sales, or community development is preferred. * Strong communication and networking skills. * Ability to work independently in a remote environment. * Experience or professional connections within the healthcare or wellness industry are an advantage.
