I am looking for a reliable and organised freelancer based in **Jammu** to visit my home office and create a complete inventory of products currently stored at home for an e-commerce business. ### Scope of Work The freelancer will be responsible for: * Sorting products category-wise * Counting the available quantity of each product * Creating a structured inventory sheet from scratch * Generating logical and unique SKUs for every product and variant * Recording product names, categories, colours, sizes and variants * Checking and noting damaged, defective or missing items * Taking clear reference photographs of each product * Entering all inventory details into Excel or Google Sheets * Labelling products, boxes or storage areas wherever required * Organising the products neatly after the inventory is completed * Matching physical stock with any existing purchase records provided ### Product Categories Products may include: * Jewellery and accessories * Travel products * Storage and utility products * Handicrafts * Clothing, bags and lifestyle items * Other e-commerce inventory ### Deliverables The final inventory sheet should include: 1. Product code or SKU 2. Product name 3. Product category 4. Product description 5. Colour, size or variant 6. Quantity available 7. Buying price, wherever provided 8. Condition of the product 9. Storage location 10. Product photograph or image reference The freelancer must also submit a separate list of damaged, defective, unidentified or missing products. ### Mandatory Experience The selected freelancer must have prior experience in: * Creating professional inventory sheets * Generating and structuring SKU codes * Managing product variants such as size, colour and design * Maintaining accurate stock records * Using Excel or Google Sheets for inventory management * Categorising and organising physical products * Creating a system that can be updated easily in the future Applicants may be asked to share a sample inventory sheet or explain the SKU format they would use before selection. ### Requirements * Must be based in Jammu and able to work on-site * Must be comfortable working inside a private residence * Strong attention to detail * Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets * Good organisational and counting skills * Must handle all products carefully * Experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, retail, cataloguing or e-commerce is required * Must maintain complete confidentiality regarding products, pricing and business information ### Location Jammu City. The exact location will be shared with the selected freelancer. ### Duration This is initially a short-term project and may take approximately **2–4 working days**, depending on the volume of products. There may be ongoing monthly inventory and product-management work for a freelancer who performs well. ### Payment **₹1,000–₹1,500 per day**, depending on experience and quality of work.
