I’m looking for a French-speaking virtual assistant who can keep several client chats flowing smoothly at the same time. Your core mission is to handle managing multiple chat conversations focused on: • Client engagement – keep every visitor welcomed, heard, and valued. • Information dissemination – provide clear, concise answers or links to the right resources. The setting is classic customer service, so accuracy, empathy, and fast typing are essential. If you already have experience in customer support or even emotional support via chat, that background will serve you well. Situations needing light conflict resolution may arise, so the ability to stay calm and professional is a bonus. Day-to-day you will: 1. Monitor several chat windows concurrently without losing the thread of each conversation. 2. Capture key details and update our internal notes in real time. 3. Escalate complex requests to me promptly. 4. Uphold strict confidentiality for every interaction. Fluent written French is mandatory; written English that’s good enough for brief internal notes is helpful. Reliability, non-judgmental tone, and respect for privacy are non-negotiable qualities.
