We are looking for an experienced sourcing specialist based in Mexico to identify and build direct relationships with fresh produce farmers. We are interested in sourcing directly from farms only, without brokers or trading companies. Products Raspberries Blueberries Strawberries Blackberries Avocados Responsibilities Identify reliable farmers and commercial farms. Contact farm owners or farm managers directly. Visit farms and conduct live video inspections. Verify planted area, harvest season, production capacity, and available quantities. Inspect product quality, maturity, harvesting methods, and cold-chain procedures. Verify whether the farm can pack products according to our requirements. Negotiate farm-gate prices and supply terms directly with farmers. Collect quotations, photos, videos, and product specifications. Prepare a detailed report after every farm visit. Help coordinate samples and trial orders. Requirements Must be based in Mexico. Fluent in Spanish and English. Experience dealing directly with farmers. Knowledge of berries and avocado production. Able to travel to agricultural regions. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Reliable, honest, and detail-oriented. Important We are not looking for brokers, traders, wholesalers, or general sourcing companies. The candidate must be able to connect us directly with farm owners or farm managers.
