I already have plenty of raw footage that shows how we operate day-to-day and walks viewers through our shop. What I need now is a polished, friendly-and-casual edit that I can send to prospective clients. Here’s the vision: open with a warm introduction, then flow through the different workstations so people feel as if they’re right here with us. Background music should set an inviting tone (nothing too corporate), and succinct text overlays will highlight key facts—think team names, capabilities, quick stats, and any call-outs that help prospects understand our strengths at a glance. You’ll receive the source clips via a cloud drive. From there I’m looking for: • A cohesive storyline that keeps the pace engaging without feeling rushed • Clean cuts, balanced color and audio, and a final runtime of roughly 2–3 minutes (happy to discuss if you think slightly longer works better) • Royalty-free background track(s) that match the laid-back vibe • Clear, on-brand text overlays—fonts and colors I’ll provide • Delivery of a high-quality master file plus a compressed version ready for email or social media If you use Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or a similar professional editor, that’s perfect—just let me know which so I can share any project assets in the right format. Once the first draft is ready, we’ll do one round of revisions to fine-tune timing, music levels, and text placement before final export. I’m eager to get this in front of leads soon, so please include an estimated turnaround time when you respond.
