I have a Fuji MICREX-SX system built around the NA0P32-C PLC and fitted with an NA0LA-RS5 two-channel RS-485 card. My immediate need is to get the communications side working for data collection, not complex process control. Channel 1 must act as the Modbus-RTU master, polling two existing slave instruments and bringing their values into the PLC. Channel 2 must behave as a Modbus-RTU slave so that a SCADA/HMI station can read mapped holding registers from the PLC. I already wrote most of the ladder code in SX-Programmer, but I would like you to review it, adjust register mapping if something is off, and handle all parameterisation of the RS-485 card. Once the settings are in place, I’ll open a remote session (AnyDesk or TeamViewer) during on-site commissioning so you can verify comms, watch live traffic, and help me troubleshoot any unexpected timeouts or CRC errors. The scope stays at the configuration and mapping level; no extensive new logic is expected unless you spot an obvious issue while reviewing my existing program. If you have completed similar Fuji PLC jobs, especially involving NA0LA-RS5 and Modbus integrations, please let me know—your prior experience will be invaluable when we start testing.
