I’m planning a complete interior revamp and need a designer who can guide me from concept through visuals. The project covers every space I live in—living room, bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, wardrobes, the small courtyard and even the balcony—so I can enjoy a consistent look and feel throughout. Style & mood I’m after a balanced blend of Modern, Traditional and Minimalist touches. Think clean lines and uncluttered layouts, tempered with a few timeless details so the place never feels cold or dated. For colours, I prefer shades that hide everyday wear—nothing too bright that will quickly look tired, yet not so pale that they show every fingerprint. What I need from you • A scaled PDF floor plan for each room, complete with precise measurements and furniture layout suggestions • A detailed, navigable 3-D model of the entire home (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar) so I can walk through the design virtually and tweak finishes before committing • Realistic material and lighting proposals suited to a bustling household—easy-clean fabrics, scuff-resistant paints, durable flooring, etc. • At least two alternative palettes per room within the low-maintenance brief • All source files so I can hand them to contractors without loss of detail I’ll share existing blueprints and photos as soon as we start.
