I want a single, centralised web application that lets every department in my event-management company work from the same screen. The platform must handle three core areas: • Event planning & scheduling: an interactive calendar that syncs with Google/Outlook, lets me assign tasks to team members, and triggers automated email/SMS reminders as deadlines approach. • Vendor & supplier management: tools for uploading and signing contracts, rating supplier performance over time, and processing invoices and payments inside the system. • Staff & personnel management: role-based dashboards so each department—right down to our welder crew on site—can log in, receive assignments, track hours and update progress. The app has to be responsive, secure and easy to extend, with a clean admin panel where I can add new users, departments or event templates without touching code. Please build it using a modern stack you are comfortable maintaining (Laravel, Node, Django or similar) and document the APIs so a future mobile app can hook in. Acceptance criteria 1. All three modules run from a single sign-on and share the same database. 2. Calendar, notification and invoicing flows are fully functional in a staging URL I can test. 3. Source code, schema and setup guide are delivered in a Git repository. If you have launched similar multi-department event systems before, show me a live demo and outline your timeline for an MVP.
