Project Summary: We are hiring a highly skilled full-stack developer or team to build and expand a SaaS platform, www.thehuddles.co, an AI-powered career platform focused on career mapping, trust-based networking, curated introductions, and dashboard-based progress tracking. The project requires deep backend expertise with AWS serverless architecture and strong frontend experience with React/TypeScript to deliver a modern, data-driven user experience. Required Backend Stack: Node.js, Express.js, JavaScript (ES6+), Serverless Framework, REST APIs, JWT Authentication, Bash scripting, AWS Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudFront, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, SSM Parameter Store, GitHub Actions, npm, Postman. Required Frontend Stack: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, TypeScript, Redux/Redux Toolkit, Axios, DayJS, Formik + Yup, MUI, Chart.js, PowerBI. Key Features: User onboarding, resume/profile intake, AI-assisted career mapping, trust/reputation workflows, curated matching/introduction flows, user dashboards, analytics, and reporting. Ideal Candidate: Someone with real experience shipping scalable SaaS products, building secure cloud-native APIs, and creating polished frontend applications with strong UX and dashboard functionality.
