We are building a complete B2B2C platform for CompleetSanitair, a Dutch bathroom and sanitary-products company. The application combines CRM, lead management, appointment planning, quotations, product configuration, webshop, orders, purchasing, logistics, payments and customer service in one system. Sales representatives use the platform during home consultations and showroom appointments to create bathroom designs, configure products and prepare complete quotations. The product database contains hundreds of thousands of sanitary products, variants, colours, dimensions, prices, images, accessories and technical specifications. Customers can review quotations, request changes, approve and sign digitally, make payments and track their orders. Orders may contain products from multiple suppliers, each with different delivery times, purchasing processes and service procedures. Employees must be able to manage suppliers, purchase orders, deliveries, returns, exchanges, partial credits, service cases and customer communication. Installers and business partners receive their own portal for customers, projects, quotations and orders, including white-label possibilities. AI is used to improve product data, identify missing or incorrect information, analyse supplier documents and support customer communication. The existing platform is built with React/TypeScript, Supabase, GitHub and Vercel. We are looking for experienced full-stack developers who can analyse the existing system, improve the architecture and complete the platform without breaking existing functionality. The final goal is one scalable system that manages the entire process: from the first lead and bathroom consultation to ordering, delivery, installation and aftercare.
