Updated Freelancer Job Posting Script (With Calendar Setup)Project Title: Full-Stack Developer for Local Property Directory with Real-Time Availability & iCal SyncProject Description:I am looking for an experienced full-stack web developer (MERN stack, Laravel, or Python/Django) to build a localized property listing directory focused exclusively on Jaipur City.Core Business Model:This platform operates on a Pre-paid Subscription Listing Model where hosts pay a flat fee (30, 90, or 365 days) via an Indian Payment Gateway (Razorpay/Cashfree) to list their property. Guests browse for free and book directly with the host via Phone/WhatsApp. We do not process guest payments on the website.However, we are adding a Real-Time Availability Calendar layer to the listings so tourists can check room availability before reaching out to the host.Core Project Requirements & Technical Scope:User Authentication & Host Dashboard: Secure login for property hosts to manage listings.Pre-paid Visibility Loop (Cron Job): A daily server-side script that checks subscription expiry dates. If a host's pack expires, change status to hidden (is_visible = false) without deleting listing data.Real-Time Availability Calendar Matrix: Build a calendar UI on the frontend for guests. Develop a backend logic engine to track and save date states per listing (available, blocked, booked).iCal Synchronization Engine (Crucial): Since our Jaipur hosts also list on Airbnb/Booking.com, you must integrate an automated hourly iCal feed parser. The platform must pull external .ics calendar files from Airbnb to automatically block out dates on our local availability calendars.Lead Tracking Telemetry: Frontend JavaScript hooks to count user clicks on "Call Host" or "WhatsApp Host" buttons, feeding an analytics dashboard for the host.Frontend UI: Image-centric, highly responsive search grid filtering by pre-defined Jaipur neighborhoods and stay types.What I Will Provide:I have a complete database schema structure, project flow, and core logic blueprints ready to share upon interview.How to Apply:Please provide a fixed-price quote, your total estimated timeline, and explicitly state your experience with handling calendar logic, date validation, and iCal (.ics) integration.
