# Looking for a Long-Term Full Stack Developer (Freelancer → Full-Time Opportunity) ## About Us Bubbling Pot LLP is a performance marketing and technology company based in Bangalore. We build products in the FinTech and Digital Marketing space and are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to work directly with the Founder. This is **not** a one-time freelance assignment. We're looking for someone who can become our long-term technology partner and potentially transition into a full-time role. --- ## Existing Products We currently own and actively maintain: * Corporate Website * SmartFinBox – Loan Discovery Platform * SmartFinBox CRM & Admin Panel * Bingr Android App * Bingr Backend CRM Upcoming products include: * Internal Affiliate CRM * MMP (Mobile Measurement Platform) * Analytics Dashboard * Marketing Automation Platform * AI-powered internal tools --- ## What You'll Work On * Maintain existing web applications * Fix bugs and improve application performance * Build new product features * Develop backend APIs * Database optimization * Third-party API integrations * Admin panel development * CRM enhancements * Mobile app backend support * Deployments and server maintenance * Documentation and code ownership --- ## Required Skills ### Backend * Laravel (Preferred) OR Node.js * PHP * REST APIs * Authentication (JWT/OAuth) * API Integration ### Frontend * React.js * JavaScript / TypeScript * HTML5 * CSS3 * Tailwind / Bootstrap ### Database * MySQL * MongoDB (Good to have) ### DevOps * Linux * Git * Docker (Preferred) * Nginx / Apache * AWS / DigitalOcean * Cloudflare ### Nice to Have * Flutter * AI API Integration (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) * Payment Gateway Integration * CRM Development Experience * FinTech experience --- ## Who Should Apply We're looking for someone who: * Has 2–5 years of Full Stack experience * Has built real production applications * Can independently solve problems * Writes clean and maintainable code * Understands business requirements * Communicates proactively * Can commit for the long term --- ## First Assignment The selected developer will begin with: * Complete audit of our existing products * Understanding the current architecture * Bug fixing * Performance improvements * Documentation * Development of new features Successful completion of the initial milestones may lead to a long-term engagement and a full-time opportunity. --- ## While Applying, Please Share * Resume * GitHub Profile * Portfolio * Live Projects * Tech Stack * Current Availability * Expected Monthly Cost * Previous CRM/SaaS/FinTech Projects (if any) We're looking for quality, ownership, and long-term collaboration rather than just project delivery.
