I need a sharp full-stack eye on an existing Next.js / React site styled with Tailwind CSS and deployed to Vercel. The codebase has grown quickly and I want to be sure the foundations are solid before we add new features. Scope of the audit • Codebase & technical architecture – read through the Next.js structure, component patterns and API routes to spot smells, dead code or anti-patterns. • Hosting & deployment – review the current GoDaddy domain setup and Vercel configuration, looking for build-time or runtime bottlenecks, environment variable leaks, or missed edge-network gains. • Video & media infrastructure – the site streams content from Cloudinary. I’m seeing playback hiccups and suspect we can tighten storage and bandwidth usage. Any tweaks you can suggest or implement here are welcome. Current symptoms – Noticeable performance drops under load. – A few interactive elements don’t behave as expected. – Videos occasionally stutter on first play and our Cloudinary usage feels heavier than necessary. Deliverables 1. Concise audit report highlighting issues, their root causes and recommended fixes. 2. Immediate patches for the performance and video problems identified. 3. A short hand-off note outlining next steps or longer-term improvements. If we mesh well there’s plenty more roadmap work, so please send over links to similar audits or builds you’ve handled with Vercel and Cloudinary plus an estimated quote for this initial pass. I’m ready to share the repo and staging credentials as soon as we agree on the approach.
