Position Overview The Operations Manager will be the backbone of the company's non-technical day-to-day execution. This hands-on leadership role will focus on ensuring all departments run smoothly and efficiently, managing the core administrative, logistics, and vendor relationships essential to scaling our virtual care platform and supporting our goal of a convenient & flexible member experience. Responsibilities Oversee the entire operational infrastructure, including vendor management, remote logistics, purchasing, and administrative support across all service lines. Design and implement scalable operational policies and procedures to support rapid business growth and maintain the promise of No Surprises for pricing and care. Partner with Legal and Compliance teams to manage business contracts, licensing, and liability coverage for all licensed providers. Track and report on operational KPIs to the executive team, providing insights on cost control and resource allocation, aiming to help companies achieve reported benefits. Qualifications 4+ years of experience in an Operations or Business Administration leadership role, preferably in a high-growth startup environment. Proven experience managing vendor relationships and contract negotiations, especially within the healthcare supply chain (e.g., pharmacy partners ). Strong financial acumen with experience managing departmental budgets and forecasting operational spend. Excellent leadership, project management, and cross-functional communication skills. Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Healthcare Administration (MHA) highly desirable. Why ProviderNow?
