# Job Title: Full-Time Video Editor & Social Media Manager (Remote) ## Employment Type * Full-Time * Remote * Salary: ₹27,000/month ## Job Overview We are looking for a creative and results-driven Video Editor & Social Media Manager who can manage the complete content workflow—from idea generation and video production to publishing, advertising, and social media growth. The ideal candidate should be comfortable using AI tools to create engaging content and should be able to work independently with minimal supervision. ## Responsibilities ### Video Production * Create 2–3 high-quality short videos every week. * Produce videos from concept to final delivery. * Use AI-generated footage, voiceovers, animations, and other creative assets whenever required. * Edit videos with professional transitions, subtitles, motion graphics, sound design, and background music. * Design eye-catching thumbnails. ### Content Creation * Generate creative content ideas. * Convert basic concepts into engaging videos. * Research trends and create content optimized for social media. ### Social Media Management Manage and grow the following platforms: * YouTube * Instagram * Facebook * X (Twitter) * WhatsApp Channel Responsibilities include: * Uploading content * Writing captions * Creating hashtags * Scheduling posts * Maintaining a consistent content calendar ### Digital Advertising * Create and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). * Create and manage YouTube advertising campaigns. * Create and manage X advertising campaigns. * Optimize campaigns for engagement, reach, and lead generation. * Monitor ad performance and improve ROI. ### Analytics & Growth * Track content performance across all platforms. * Submit monthly analytics reports. * Recommend strategies to improve reach, engagement, followers, and conversions. * Stay updated with the latest social media trends and algorithm changes. ## Required Skills * Adobe Premiere Pro * After Effects * DaVinci Resolve or CapCut * Photoshop or Canva * Meta Ads Manager * YouTube Studio * AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Runway, Kling, Pika, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, or similar. ## Requirements * Minimum 1 year of experience. * Strong portfolio showcasing previous editing work. * Excellent understanding of short-form content and social media trends. * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. * Good communication skills. ## Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) * Deliver 2–3 high-quality videos every week. * Maintain consistent posting across all platforms. * Grow followers and engagement month over month. * Run successful advertising campaigns with measurable results. * Deliver all work on time while maintaining high quality.
