Our Zoho Books file has grown messy and unreliable; every module—invoices, expenses, chart of accounts, and the related bank feeds—needs a thorough sweep. Data-entry errors have crept in (incorrect invoices, misclassified expenses, wrong account details), duplicates are scattered throughout the system, and monthly reconciliations no longer tie out. In short, the entire company database must be brought back to a clean, audit-ready state. Here’s what success looks like from my side: • All duplicate contacts, items, and transactions removed or merged without data loss. • Invoices corrected for amounts, customer details, and tax treatment, then re-posted so A/R aging is accurate. • Expenses re-classified to the proper chart-of-accounts structure, with GST/VAT flags fixed where needed. • Bank, credit-card, and payment-gateway feeds fully reconciled through the most recent month, zero unexplained variances. • Chart of accounts streamlined but intact—no orphaned or unused ledgers. • Final verification reports (Trial Balance, P&L, Balance Sheet) exported as PDF and XLSX to demonstrate that totals balance and match bank statements.
