FungaBet is looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to build and grow our affiliate program for regulated online gaming and sports-betting markets. Responsibilities: • Recruit, onboard, and manage high-quality affiliates, publishers, influencers, and media-buying partners. • Develop outreach campaigns, negotiate commercial terms, and maintain strong partner relationships. • Track registrations, first-time depositors, conversion rates, revenue, CPA, ROI, and affiliate quality. • Identify underperforming traffic, optimize campaigns, and provide clear weekly performance reports. • Coordinate landing pages, promotions, tracking links, and creative assets with our marketing team. • Monitor fraud, brand misuse, and traffic quality while ensuring all activity follows applicable gaming, advertising, privacy, and responsible-gambling rules. No targeting of minors or restricted markets. Ideal candidate: • Proven affiliate-management experience, preferably in iGaming, sportsbook, casino, fintech, or another performance-marketing industry. • Strong affiliate network and hands-on experience with tracking platforms, CRM tools, analytics, and Excel/Google Sheets. • Excellent English communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills. • Organized, proactive, data-driven, and comfortable working remotely.
