I need an experienced CAD programmer who can work directly in Fusion 360 to program my Haas UMC 5-axis and give me an accurate, collision-free machine simulation before any metal is cut. The scope is strictly programming CAD—no redesign work—so you will start from the solid models I provide and concentrate on tool-path creation, post-processing, and full machine verification. My primary goal is creating accurate simulations; at this stage I am not asking for stress, thermal, or motion analysis, though later projects may head that way. The immediate deliverables I expect are: • The Fusion 360 project with complete setups and tool-paths • A clear simulation file or short video confirming safe moves and cycle time • Post-processed NC code ready for the Haas UMC • A brief rundown of tools, holders, and any assumptions you made I will supply STEP geometry, a basic tool library, and the fixture model as soon as we kick off. Ideally, the first iteration comes back inside one week so we can review together and make any tweaks. If you have deep experience with Fusion 360’s machine simulation module and have already programmed for a Haas UMC, I’d like to hear from you.
