I have a finished design that needs to be produced in ASA filament (.15 layer) height so it can serve as an end-use component. Strength and heat resistance are critical, so the print must be tuned for tight layer adhesion and minimal warping. I will supply the STL file; you handle slicing, printing, and post-processing. Please use a well-calibrated, enclosed FDM printer or an equivalent setup that delivers a clean surface finish and accurate dimensions. When you reply, let me know: • Your ASA printing experience and preferred brand of filament • The printer model and any enclosure or temperature controls you use • Typical dimensional tolerance you achieve on similar jobs Finished part should be shipped securely once it passes your own quality check for strength, heat-deflection performance, and dimensional accuracy.
