COYA Marbella is seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead our Restaurant, Pool and Club operations, reporting to the Regional Operations Manager and driving profitability across multiple revenue streams. You will lead a large management team of hospitality professionals, elevate guest experiences to luxury standards, and oversee budgets, labour costs and P&L performance in a high-volume, premium setting.
