I need a reliable partner to run pre-vetting checks on candidates based in Germany before we extend an offer. The scope is limited to confirming each applicant’s work history and, within that, three critical facts: the exact job titles they held, their start- and end-dates, and that the corporate email addresses they provide are valid. Your verification process must rely on direct contact with previous employers. I will supply the candidate’s signed consent form, CV, and the employer contact details; you handle the outreach, follow-up, and documentation. A short turnaround (48–72 hours once you have the file) is ideal. Native-level German and clear written English are both essential so the final report is easy for our HR team to archive. Deliverable: • A concise PDF report for each candidate that lists the company contacted, the person spoken to, confirmation (or discrepancy) of title, dates, and email validity, plus the call or email timestamp. Accuracy, discretion, and compliance with German data-protection law are mandatory. If this first assignment goes smoothly, I’ll have a steady stream of files for you every month.
