Our repository has grown fast and, with several developers committing in parallel, merge conflicts have started to slow us down. I need a seasoned Git specialist to step in, cleanly resolve every outstanding conflict, and show us how to avoid the same headaches tomorrow. You will begin by analysing the current pull requests, identifying exactly where the code diverges, and merging the changes without losing any history or functionality. Once the branches are stable, I would like concise documentation of what you did and why, plus any best-practice tips that suit our workflow. Deliverables: • All existing merge conflicts resolved on main and dev branches • A brief runbook (commands, reasoning, and fallback steps) we can keep in the repo • Practical recommendations for branch strategy or CI tweaks that reduce future conflicts I will consider the job complete when the repository builds successfully with no pending conflicts and your runbook is committed. If you have deep experience with Git Flow, rebasing strategies, or similar models, tell me—this will move things along even faster.
