The project centres on a cross-platform application that runs smoothly on both mobile devices and desktop computers. Every time the respective exchange opens, the app must: • Scan the top 100 equities in the Indian, Japanese, European, American and Singaporean markets, flagging any share that hits a new 52-week low. • Check for fresh block or large deals in those same markets the moment they are reported. • Send an immediate push notification summarising the event (ticker, price, volume, time stamp). A clean dashboard—nothing fancy, just fast—should list the latest signals with basic filtering and an option to export to CSV so I can move data into Excel or Power BI later. Acceptance criteria 1. Mobile (iOS & Android) and desktop (Windows/macOS) installers delivered. 2. Data refresh and alert cycle proven in a live one-day market test. 3. Push notifications received within 30 seconds of each qualifying event. 4. Source code handed over, clearly commented, so future exchanges or metrics can be added. Feel free to leverage APIs such as Alpha Vantage, IEX Cloud, or any reliable market-data feed that covers all five regions; just note licence costs, if any, in advance. I’m open to the tech stack—Python, Node, Flutter, .NET, or others—so long as performance and stability are rock-solid.
