I need an experienced specialist who can both build an international B2B email list and run a high-volume cold-email sequence that reliably lands in the primary inbox. Scope • Regions: North America and Europe are the core focus, with South America included as well. • Industries: The brief is intentionally broad—any sector is valid as long as the contacts align with HR strategies and decision-making roles. • Company size: Small businesses through to large enterprises are all in scope. Objectives 1. Scrape and enrich a fresh, GDPR-compliant database. 2. Design the sending infrastructure—servers, IP warming, domain rotation, tracking, and deliverability safeguards—to scale smoothly to 10 000 emails per day within six weeks. 3. Write, schedule, and optimise multi-step email sequences (intro, follow-ups, break-up). 4. Monitor and tweak for deliverability, open rates, and conversions in real time. Acceptance criteria – Minimum 95 % delivery rate and sub-2 % bounce rate once fully scaled. – Clear daily and weekly performance reports. – All data supplied in CSV plus access to the sending platform for verification.
