I’m expanding a fully-remote customer service and back-office team and want a recruiter who can tap talent pools anywhere in the world—not just North America, Europe, or Asia, but truly worldwide. The profiles you will be filling combine three non-negotiable strengths: stellar communication, solid administrative know-how, and confident problem-solving. Every candidate must be comfortable working day-to-day in English. Here’s how I picture the collaboration: • You create and post engaging job ads on suitable global boards. • Source actively through LinkedIn, talent databases, and your own network. • Pre-screen for English fluency and the three key skill sets, then conduct first-round interviews. • Present a concise shortlist (CV, salary expectation, availability, interview notes) so I can move straight to final interviews. Success is a minimum of five qualified, interview-ready candidates per role delivered within the agreed timeline. If you already have experience hiring remote customer support or virtual assistants across multiple time zones, that’s a huge plus.
