I operate an international real-estate brand and now need a reliable stream of qualified home-seller leads from multiple countries. My entire focus is on property owners who are actively considering listing, so every effort you put in should be aimed at that single outcome. Your assignment is to create, run, and optimise social-media marketing funnels that consistently capture these sellers’ details. Facebook and Instagram Ads will form the core, but I welcome the use of any other social platforms that perform well in your experience and in the specific regions you recommend. Here’s what I expect from you: • Strategy outline covering platforms, audiences, ad creatives, and projected volume • Full campaign build-out, including tracking pixels and lead forms in my existing CRM • Ongoing optimisation with weekly reports showing spend, cost per lead, and total verified seller contacts • A shared spreadsheet (or direct CRM sync) with each lead’s name, phone, email, property location, and time frame to sell All leads must be exclusive to me, GDPR-compliant where applicable, and generated through social media—not purchased lists or cold-calling databases. If you can demonstrate past success generating home-seller leads internationally and are comfortable owning the process end-to-end, I’m ready to get started right away.
