I run ToUp Solutions, a fast-growing software engineering firm with a strong bench of senior developers and technical leaders. To keep pace with current demand, I’m ready to partner with an experienced, senior-level recruiter who can work from any location and consistently deliver top-tier engineering talent. Here’s what the collaboration looks like: • You own the full recruiting cycle—sourcing, screening, presenting shortlists, scheduling interviews, and guiding candidates through offer and onboarding. • Roles will be primarily technical (backend, frontend, mobile, DevOps, QA), but you may occasionally help with managerial openings as they arise. • Every successful hire you place earns you up to a 20 % fee, released as soon as the candidate signs and clears our onboarding checklist. Tools and channels are up to you—LinkedIn Recruiter, Stack Overflow, GitHub, niche forums—so long as they bring us the right people quickly and ethically. Expect close communication with our internal tech leads so you can speak credibly about our projects, stacks, and culture. Deliverable: at least one fully onboarded developer who remains with us through the first month. After that, we simply rinse and repeat.
