We’re looking for an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) specialist to build a complete CRM automation system for a service-based business. The automation logic, workflows, customer journey, and message content have already been planned. Your role is to implement everything inside GoHighLevel using best practices. Scope of work includes: * Build and configure a complete sales pipeline * Create workflows and automations for each stage of the customer journey * Configure SMS and email automations * Set up triggers, delays, conditions, and workflow logic * Ensure workflows stop when customers reply * Configure internal staff notifications * Set up appointment reminders and follow-ups * Configure review request automation * Build long-term nurture workflows * Set up email sending domain authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) * Reuse existing assets where appropriate rather than creating duplicates Experience required: * Strong GoHighLevel experience * Workflow automation * Pipelines & Opportunities * Calendars * Forms * Email & SMS automation * Custom fields * Tags * Stripe integrations (preferred) * Zapier/Make experience is a bonus Requirements: * Previous GHL projects (please provide examples) * Ability to follow a detailed implementation brief * Clean, scalable workflow structure * Good English communication This is a one-time implementation project. If the work is completed well, there is potential for ongoing GHL work across multiple client accounts.
