We are looking for an experienced GoHighLevel expert to design and build a scalable multi-business CRM and automation system. The setup will include: * Digital Physics — B2B sales, client onboarding and SaaS management * Get 3 Quotes — consumer lead capture, qualification and quote comparison * Trade Prices Direct Group — sales, supplier and customer management * Separate sub-accounts for each installer or client The main workflow required is for Get 3 Quotes. A lead enters centrally, is qualified by a regional representative, and pricing is requested from three installers. Once the customer selects an installer, the full customer record and project information should be copied into the selected installer’s sub-account, while the master record remains in Get 3 Quotes for reporting and commission tracking. We also need: * Pipelines and workflows * Regional lead routing * User permissions * Reusable snapshots * SaaS billing and onboarding * Cross-sub-account automation * Dashboards and reporting * API, webhook or Make integrations where required Please apply only if you have experience building advanced GoHighLevel agency systems, not just basic funnels or websites.
