We run a stamped-concrete re-sealing and deck-refinishing company and need an experienced Google Ads Specialist to improve lead generation from our existing Google Ads account and website. The goal is simple: generate more qualified residential leads from homeowners searching for concrete re-sealing, stamped concrete sealing, deck refinishing, deck restoration, and related services. We already have a Google Ads account and a working website, but performance needs to improve. We need someone who can audit, rebuild, track, and optimise the full lead generation funnel. Scope of Work: - Audit the current Google Ads account - Rebuild campaign structure for high-intent homeowner searches - Improve keyword targeting, match types, ad groups, and negative keywords - Write stronger ad copy focused on calls and form enquiries - Set up or fix conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Google Ads - Track phone calls, form submissions, and click-to-call actions - Review wasted spend and improve cost per lead - Recommend landing page improvements for better conversions - Improve key website elements such as headline, phone button, contact form, speed, trust signals, and mobile layout - Provide clear reporting on spend, CTR, conversion rate, leads, CPL, and next actions Success Metrics: - More qualified phone calls - More form enquiries - Higher conversion rate - Lower cost per lead - Better impression share for high-intent keywords - Clear tracking of which campaigns and keywords generate leads Requirements: - Proven Google Ads experience for home service businesses - Strong local lead generation experience - Experience with Google Tag Manager, GA4, and conversion tracking - Ability to improve landing pages for lead conversion - Strong understanding of search terms, negative keywords, CPL optimisation, and call tracking - Clear written communication Nice to Have: - Experience with concrete, deck refinishing, construction, landscaping, roofing, painting, pressure washing, or similar residential services - Experience with call tracking numbers - Experience with landing page A/B testing - Before-and-after campaign results Please Include in Your Proposal: 1.
